TTC and 26: Trying to conceive at age 26 is an excellent time to get pregnant as ovulation frequency and quality is still "good". As a fertility MD we suggest that you have unprotected intercourse for at least one year prior to seeing a MD for evaluation as most women will be pregnant by that time at your age. Intercourse 48 to 72 hours apart at ovulation is optimal for sperm replenishment and production.
