Depends on why: It depends on why you started the bleeding. If it was because you had missed pills them there is some risk. If this is your first package or if you have an infection there is less risk. Taking 2 pills shortly before sex will not protect you but can help you get back on track if you missed one. If you miss pills, you should also use condoms for the rest of that package.
