My husband who is quite obese grunts as he breaths. he is totally unaware of this. why might this be?

Breathing issue: Your husband needs to see pulmonologist (lung doctor) and most likely also needs to have a sleep study. His grunting can be controlled. As for his obesity go online together and look for "NuVal". There are 100 items listed - good, not so good, and no good at all. That could help both of you when preparing your diets.
