Pain when touching just under the gastrocnemius in center of posterior leg. what could it be?

RICE: Could be anything from muscle strain to dvt. Further work up needs to be done and difficult to give advice without your history. Take some NSAIDs, rest up a little, and if the pain does not subside in a reasonable amount of time it would be advisable to visit your doctor.
