I have splinter hemorrhages + swollen posterior calf from achilles to gastrocnemius. area also cold when palpated. can endocarditis cause this?

Given the history: Presented I'd recommend you go to the ER ASAP for evaluation. Bacterial endocarditis can be seen with splinter hemorrhages, a DVT if that calf needs to be ruled out as well.
