Possible Cyst: You may have an ovarian cyst that is responsive to changes in hormone levels. You should see your primary doctor or gynecologist and have it evaluated by ultrasound. Mid-cycle is when the ovarian follicle releases the egg which can cause discomfort. See your doc.
