M.D. visit: Since you have abd pain, difficulty breathing and a cough, these symptoms may indicate that you have pneumonia. Pneumonia does not necessarily mean that you have a bacterial illness, but this sometimes does occur following a viral illness. Get help: See PCP or go to Urgrnt Care or go to ER. May be pneumonia plus other problems. Glad you quit smoking...1st step in getting your health back in order.
