Treatment: In some cases topical numbing creams such as lidocaine can help decrease the sensation slowing down ejaculation. Relaxation techniques may also help. Open communication with your partner is important. In severe cases a low dose ssri such as celexa can help delay ejaculation. You can review options with your physician or see a urologist in some cases.
