Are there particular foods that make premature ejaculation more likely?

Dr. Robert Kwok answered

No: There are no foods that make premature ejaculation (pe) more likely. However, pe is greatly affected by the mindset of the man. If he truly believes a particular food he ate will make him more likely to have pe, then his way of thinking can lead him to have more pe.

Premature Ejaculatio: Tx involves reassurance, psychoeducation, behavior modification & edications. Some medications used are tramadol (ultram), clomipramine (anafranil), desensitizing creams applied to the penis as needed, vasodilator injections into the penis, and dapoxetine which is an ssri due to be approved in near future in the usa.

Is premature ejaculation fixeable ?

Dr. Bernard Seif answered

Premature: Ejaculation is sometimes called ill-timed ejaculation. It is a subjective evaluation. You may orgasm too quickly and not satisfy your partner. If you have concerns you can see your doc or a licensed sex therapist. It is not an illness. Peace and good health. Ask about the "squeeze technique."
