Odor: Very young patient, so in doubt consder evaluation with the pediatrician. One quick attempt to erradicate this is a warm sitz bath with a squirt of betadine sitting in it for about 20-30 mins. Again ask the pediatrician before attempting this. Consider allergies and other things.
