Multiple reasons!!!!: Must rule out fibroids, lesions in cervix vagina, hormonal imbalance like pco, diabetis, hypothyroidism, high prolacin. Anovulation, low platelets, and so on. It requires an extensive evaluation, with most probably a biopsy to prove no suspecious lesions. Please consider going to see your gyn or at least your primary md.
