Abnormal period : If your period comes regularly, about 4 weeks from start to start, lasts a week or less, isn't too heavy or painful and there is no bleeding in between, then it's considered normal. The exact pattern of flow is different for different women, but if your pattern is consistent, then i think it is normal and nothing to worry about.
