In 3-4 days: You may do home pregnancy test in 3-4 days, use first morning urine and follow the instructions for the test carefully. Alternatively you may see your doctor now for a blood test.

Any day after missed: period, and reliable if result is positive; however, if the result is negative, it is more reliable if done 7 days after the expected missed period, and also if done on a first morning urine or somewhat concentrated urine specimen
