Ovulation induction: The chance of multiple pregnancy with Clomid (clomiphene) depends on the number fo follicles (the cysts containing the eggs) you develop. With that number of follicles, the safest thing to do is to follow your response with ultrasound. If you have multiple follicles, you should not try for pregnancy to avoid a high order multiple pregnancy - more than twins.
