Cold: Are sure it's viral cold or nasal irritation from pollution, pollens molds where not allergic but irritating to nasal mucosa ( mixed allergy, non allergy, vasomotor rhinitis. Pregnant- avoid meds unless dr. Says ok. So- safe is nasal saline and sinus wash. Neil med sinus rinse, saline spray to clear back nose, ayr nasal or generic saline all safe.
