Not likely: Your baby should not be affected by you having thrush. Almost all newborns do get thrush during infancy with their first contact with the yeast that causes thrush. Keep an eye on the inside of your baby's mouth and you see white spots on the inner lips or inner cheeks then ask your baby's doctor for treatment. Thrush is easily treated especially if caught early.
