Nope: Just a coincidence, I'm sure. There are no confirmed triggers of genital herpes outbreaks. You can find claims about stress, menstruation, sex, diet, alcohol, etc, but it's mostly urban myth. This is unlike oral herpes due to HSV1, for which clear triggers are known, like injury (e.g. sunburn) and other infections (hence "cold sore", "fever blister"). But not for genital herpes caused by HSV2.
