Indefinite likely no: Best to evaluate via specialist: neurology exam for the origin of the referred pain, which may be related to a number of conditions, both benign or not. May need your primary doc with your blood test in consult with a neurologists and may require imaging. Recent trauma or surgery may be important as well as some blood exam for abnormalities.
