Dehydration?: Try drinking enough water so that your urine is watery, clear, colorless and odorless. Dry air in the aircraft may have caused dehydration.

Inner ear fluid: Try using Benadryl (diphenhydramine) or Zyrtec ( OTC antihistamime)- for at least 3 days- if not improved seek medical evaluation.
