Shouldn't be: Any particular limitations after tonsillectomy in terms of trying to get pregnant, unless you are on continuing to take any medications that can lead to fetal defects(teratogen).

Depends: you want to make sure you have healed adequately, and keeping down food well. You don't want to have nausea, morning sickness when your throat hasn't healed.
