Cycle dependent: Postinor is a progestin. Progesterone and its metabolites are produced during the second half of the cycle. After postinor, it would not be unusual to see some degree of hormone withdrawal bleeding. The amount of withdrawal bleeding and its duration will depend on when during a cycle postinor was taken. The latest by the next anticipated menstrual period the cycle should be back on track.
