A member asked:

My son is constipated right now and has testicular pain can constipation contribute to that about 6 months ago he was treated for epididymitis?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Testicular pain: constipation and testicular pain are unlikely to be related. Epidydimitis possible again. A more serious condition called testicular torsion is always a concern. This is when the testicle rotates on the sperm cord and stragulates. This pain is usually intense. If the scrotum is darker in color or extremely tender then go to the ER. Mild to moderate testicle pain needs to see the dr.
