What can you do if you don't get your period and then spot two times?

Look into cause: If your period is late and u just spot, the first thing u have to do is figure out the cause. If you are using contraception it could be the cause. If you are having unprotected sex, it could be pregnancy. It could also be due to stress, diet, exercise,weight, medicines, or illnesses such as thyroid disease, diabetes/insulin resistance, PCOS, adrenal disorders, or pituitary tumors. Hope this helps
