Mucinex-D: The only interaction between Prozac and OTC cold medicines is an increased risk of serotonin syndrome (quite rare). Just to be on the safe side - avoid anything with dextromethorphan HBr ... I'd suggest Mucinex-D and some Tylenol (acetaminophen) for any pain you might feel from the ear pressure.
