Possibly: If you have been having unprotected intercourse the nausea and vomiting could be due to pregnancy but there are also a lot of other possible causes. Start by doing a pregnancy test and repeating it in 3-5 days if it is negative. This works best after your period is due. Hope you get the result you want and this helps.
