Nerurocysticercosis: If this is Pork Tapeworm (T. Solium), a meta analysis of treatment compared albendazole with praziquantal, suggested that albendazole is the better treatment: "Albendazole versus Praziquantel in the Treatment of Neurocysticercosis: A Meta-analysis of Comparative Trials". PLoS Negl Trop Dis 2 (3): e194. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/18335068 Anti seizure therapy may be indicated too.
