Different medication: may help. It is useful to rotate drugs especially narcotic pain medicaitions if these are a part of a long term treatment plan. Talk to your doc about LONG ACTING medications that you can take every day. Short acting Meds like Norco (hydrocodone and acetaminophen) or other =s you can take as needed fo rbreakthrough pain. Remember Yoga, relaxation techniques and cognitive physical therapy have been shown to help. Good luck!
