How can i resolve the toasted skin syndrome on my upper thighs? the pattern is red, large without pain/itchiness or texture. it's been 2 weeks so far

First thing: Is make sure this is the right diagnosis. If so, remove the heat source. The redness may take months to resolve though. You need to be monitor for skin cancers in that area too. If you have pigmentation above redness, then sometimes retinoic acid creams or laser therapies are utilized. Seek the input of a knowledgable dermatologist, but you'll likely have to be patient too.
