Pregnant: The bleeding may have been implantation of the pregnancy rather than a menstrual period - that is not uncommon. With a positive test you would be pregnant. If you begin to have significant pelvic pain then there would be concern for and abnormal pregnancy (including an ectopic pregnancy) so then see your Ob/Gyn promptly.
