Fungal cream: If this is really 'fungal' - it should respond to an anti-fungal cream. Something like clotrimazole 1% twice a day for a week would be worth trying. Fungus in the groin region LOVES moisture - so try keeping it as dry as possible. Baby powder, a fan, wearing a towel - those are things that might help. If no relief with antifungal cream, go back to the doc and make sure this isn't an STD. Take care
