Not able to diagnose: Taste is not a good way to determine if it is trichomoniasis. White thick and odorless is usually yeast/candida, grey/green with a fishy odor is usually bacteria vaginosis, and green/yellow and itch with a possible fishy odor is usually trichomoniasis. Going to your doctor for evaluation and testing is the best way to find your answer. Take care.
