Drug testing: There are 2 types of drug tests that labs generally do, TLC (thin layer chromatography) and GCMS (gas chromatography mass spectroscopy). There can be false positive results on TLC but most labs then follow with GCMS which tests for very specific molecules. If GCMS is positive, then somehow the drug got in your body.
