Many things: This could be a variety of illnesses. Does she have fever? Associated abdominal pain? Has she vomited? has she traveled anywhere? Any contacts with illnesses? Any change in bowels or diarrhea? Family history of bowel troubles or inflammatory disorders? We certainly see lots of viruses this time of year, and there are several that cause a vomiting illness. We need to know more 2 diagnose!
