Chronic fatigue: Teenage female with chronic fatigue & intermittent tinnitus & dizziness needs a general examination for such problems as anemia, dysautonomia, Lyme, hormone dysregulation, fibromyalgia and other disorders. If syncope or fever are involved, then there is more urgent need for an appointment.
