100mg - 3X/day: But you need to follow YOUR doctors directions and they'd start at a lower dose (50mg) and increase over a week or so. Same for stopping. This is not a DIY project or an OTC drug. Be smart! Work w/ your doctor to be safe.

Lyrica (pregabalin) 600 mg/day: The starting dose is 75 mg two times a day (150 mg/day) The dose may be increased 75 mg weekly based on efficacy or side effects.
