My free t3 (liothyronine) is 4.37 (4.0-8.3), free t4 is 12.72 (9.0-20.0) and tsh is 1.49 (0.25-5.0) what does it mean?

Normal: Hi. Those thyroid lab tests are normal. Are you being treated for any thyroid function disease (hyper- or hypothyroidism)? If you're not, then you have normal thyroid function. If you are, then the dose of the medicine you're taking has normalized your thyroid labs, so the dose is appropriate. Good luck!
