No, not unless you: are already pregnant. Then there's no menses, and significant delay. since PNV's don't delay menses by themselves. Pregnancy can delay a menstrual cycle, as can being underweight, or coming off of BCP, or being under significant stress. (Most women don't take PNV routinely to stop or delay periods.)
