HCG for oligospermia: It is likely that you have a failure of the production of sperm from the testes. It is unlikely that hCG will increase your count. I suggest that you have a consultation with an infertility urologist. He/she will recommend a testicular bx to assess your sperm production. You will probably need IVF with ICSI (intracytoplastic sperm injection) to fertilize eggs, and obtain a pregnancy.
