After varicocelectomy my doctor told me that i couldn't lift for 3 months because it involves my core, can a weight lifting belt help taking core out?

No, belt won't help: Your surgeon does not want you to increase your abdominal pressure because that will cause blood to push into the scrotal sac. When doing heavy lifting, your abdominal muscles will tighten to support your breath. You could do exercises which do not cause you to grunt or tighten your abdominal muscles. Weightlifting belts improve posture but don't reduce abdominal pressure.
