I am 7 week postpartum I had a period last week and starting yesterday I had bleeding. It was bright and had black stuff too it always filled a pad up. Today it got heavier and with blood clots, I have bad cramping and pain in the rectal area.
At three months postpartum with my 2nd baby I had midcycle bleed. Went for transvaginal ultrasound to check on a uterine polyp I had and it was gone. I did start working out heavy again to lose weight could that have been the cause of midcycle bleed?
