It depends...: During normal sex your uterus(womb) contracts and depending on how rough sex was it can leave a cramping sensation. However, if it is very painful you should get checked. There are also other factors to consider: is this an infection that made the area sensitive and that's why now you are cramping? Are you about to have your period? If symptoms are bad see your doctor for exam.
