Nipple discharge: Check urine / blood HCG could be pregnancy or chest wall irritation. .If negative check prolactin level, TSH, ANA, .would f/u with doctor/urgent care for rare causes may need mammogarm /CXR if persists and negative tests , though most likely chest irritation or pregnasncy
