Unclear: Sometimes pregnant patients have some mild discomfort early from the uterus stretching, but no way to know for sure if this a problem with the pregnancy, UTI, ectopic pregnancy, or bladder stone without an evaluation. Call your OB/midwife and describe the symptoms.

Prenatal care: There is not enough information here to give an opinion as to what is going on. Vaginal pain could be caused by many things. The next step is to see your obgyn where an exam and a sonogram can be done to confirm that all is normal.
