Unclear: PMDD is not usually confused with Bipolar II. If you are breastfeeding and not having periods then it is not PMDD. PMDD is very specific in its relationship to the menstrual cycle. I would schedule a visit with your primary care doctor or psychiatrist and ask for an evaluation. Post partum depression and bipolar screening can be done to help you sort this out.
