You can't: if you are talking about passing a urine cotinine test, at any rate. Nicotine is rapidly metabolized, and is undetectable within a few hours of use, but its main metabolite lasts 48-72 hours, depending on how much you smoke, the nicotine content of the tobacco, and the sensitivity of the assay they are using. There is no evidence that pushing fluids, changing urine pH or anything else works.
