Conception: The best time to conceive is during the ovulation. Once the egg is released, it has to be fertilized within 24 hours. For example, if a patient cycle is 28 days, the estimated ovulation date is 28d-14d= 14 days. The spermatozoa lives 5 to 7 days in the endometrium. Thus, sexual intercourse from cycle 9 to cycle 14 is the best time to conceive. Good luck.
