Lymphadenopathy: This is most likely an enlarged lymph node in reaction to an inflammation in its area of drainage. Also might be an abscess. Cancer is far less likely. This needs a hands-on examination for accurate diagnosis, along with a history. Do you own cats? See your PCP and go from there. Good luck.
