Morphing Menses: Your period (menses) may be changing for internal or external reasons. Internal changes in body chemistry, stress level, diet, bacterial biome, etc. and external changes related to chemical exposures, diet, pollutants, and medications may be some factors. Pregnancy should always be ruled out first. Then look at any medications or supplements you use. Next, an exam to check for abnormalities.
