Do pregnancy test: Sensitive nipples can be an early sign of pregnancy. If your period is late, you should do a pregnancy test to see if you are pregnant. If you are pregnant you need to know and should be taking Folic Acid (in prenatal vitamins) every day. Of course if you have not been sexually active since your last period, then you should just relax and wait for your period to start.
