Is there a way to know if i had a chemical pregnancy 3 wks ago? i had spotting but never took hpt at the time. got neg hpt after 3 wks.

Blood test?: A blood Quantitative HCG level is more sensitive than a urine pregnancy test. It can sometimes still be elevated when the urine test was negative. However, after 3 weeks, it may have returned to normal also. There aren't any other good ways to know. Best wishes!
